Free bilingual story time and early literacy programs at all APL branches. Early readers benefit enormously from being read to regularly โ€” this is the single most evidence-backed early literacy activity.
Ruiz Branch (nearest to SE Travis County) offers story time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Free, no registration required.
